Next, we’ll visit your space to better understand the project. We’ll talk through your goals, explore material choices, and gather the information we need to prepare a proposal.

Proposal
Based on our discussion and measurements, we’ll create a proposal outlining the scope of work and cost. Once approved, a small deposit secures your spot on our schedule and allows us to begin planning the project.

Building Preperation
Once the proposal is approved, materials are ordered and selections are finalized. We’ll keep you updated on progress and send you a renovation agreement that outlines the full scope, cost, and payment terms.

Build Phase
It’s time to build. We’ll confirm your renovation start date, verify that the space is ready for work, and provide updates as the project progresses. We treat your home with the utmost care and respect throughout the duration of the project.

Project Completion
Once the work is complete, we’ll walk through the space together to ensure everything meets your expectations. Any final adjustments will be made so you’re completely satisfied with the results.
